Pilgrims’ Friend Society is seeking a Wellbeing & Dementia Lead on a part-time basis to nurture relationships and deliver The Way We Care model in our Leicester home. You will lead care for residents with dementia, training staff and promoting a family-style approach.
The role emphasizes Christian care, mentorship, and engagement with older residents and colleagues. Approximately 21 hours across 5 days, with supportive management and a friendly team environment.
