Pilgrims' Friend Society in Preston is seeking a Maintenance Officer for our residential care home for older people. You will be responsible for general maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, and ensuring health & safety records are up to date.

You will also maintain the home and grounds, perform decoration work, and participate in fire and safety training. 30 hours per week, with on-call hours over the weekend.
