Furze Hill House Care Home, part of Pilgrims' Friend Society, just outside North Walsham in Norfolk, is seeking an experienced care leader to guide our 40-bed home within a loving Christian community.
You will lead and motivate care teams, oversee care plans, manage the budget and local purchasing, handle resident and relative feedback, and foster links with local churches while upholding our evangelical Christian ethos.
