Pilgrims’ Friend Society in Bath is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join Bridgemead Home, a 32-bed residential facility for older people by the river. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts (8am–8pm), providing person-centred care, assisting with daily living, promoting dignity and wellbeing, and building meaningful relationships with residents.
Experience with dementia and care settings is essential; training and development opportunities are available.
