This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your industry expertise with your people skills to make a real impact on farm performance, animal welfare, and grower engagement. \About the Role \n As an Area Manager, you'll work closely with our contract growers to build trusted partnerships, provide expert support, and drive continuous improvement across the farms within your area. \n You'll be a visible and approachable leader, helping growers achieve their goals while ensuring compliance with the highest welfare, biosecurity, and production standards. \Understand growers' challenges, ambitions, and business needs \n ?? Driving Farm Performance \n ?? Monitor flock and farm performance against agreed targets \n ?? Develop and support farm improvement plans \n ?? Welfare, Compliance & Standards \n ?? Ensure farms meet welfare, biosecurity, and company requirements \n ?? Conduct regular farm visits and audits \n ?? Proactively address risks and performance concerns \n ?? Support cross-functional teamwork to resolve challenges and achieve business objectives \n ?? Excellent relationship-building skills \n ??
