- Cut, bone and trim meat (Pork)
- Cleaning specified production equipment
- Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet predetermined weight and size specifications
- Ensure product is processed according to Customer Specifications
- Safely operate machinery including band saws
- Comply with Company policies, Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards at all the times, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Positive thinking and self-motivation
- Ability to use own initiative

- A hands-on approach to solving issues
- Previous experience as a pork butcher or meat processor in Food Manufacturing
- Advanced knife handling skills
