Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Stock taking;
- Preparing and serving food / beverages;
- Collecting monies and operating a cash till;
- Preparing food as required;
- Interacting with internal and external customers;
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment, worktops, tables and floors;
- Assisting with ad hoc requests (such as buffets, engagement events etc.);
- Complying with H&S and food hygiene requirements (to ensure in line with legal compliance);
- Complying with COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
Key Requirements Of The Role Will Include
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment and/or in a customer-facing role;
- Good understanding of food hygiene requirements (ideally food safety trained);
- Good verbal, written and numerical skills (to include handling cash); and
- Well organised and self-motivated.
