We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain Performance & Transformation to lead the Central Planning Supply Chain Control Tower and drive performance transparency, governance and transformation across the organisation. This critical role is responsible for governing end-to-end supply chain and demand planning KPIs, leading the supply chain change portfolio, and enabling data-driven decision-making across business units, countries and legacy systems. You will play a central role in improving service, cost, working capital and profitability through harmonised performance management and targeted transformation initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Director of Planning & Logistics, you will work closely with peers across Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning and wider Central Planning teams.
This role is fully office-based in Uxbridge. Pilgrim’s Europe operates an office-based model as we believe there is significant value in bringing teams together, enabling strong collaboration, faster decision-making and effective development through close, day-to-day working relationships. Hybrid or remote working options are not available for this role.
Key responsibilities- Own and operate the supply chain project governance framework
- Prioritise, track and manage the end-to-end transformation portfolio
- Ensure milestone delivery and benefit realisation
- Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Support system harmonisation and process standardisation efforts across the supply chain
- Own and govern the end-to-end Supply Chain and Demand Planning KPI framework
- Standardise KPI definitions across business units, countries and planning functions
- Ensure integrity, consistency and transparency of reporting across multiple systems
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews and executive reporting cycles
- Deliver insight-led analysis, moving beyond reporting to actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SAP or equivalent
- Produce clear performance narratives for senior leadership
- Translate data into business implications, priorities and action plans
- Support the Director of Planning & Logistics and Central Planning leadership team
- 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Transformation or Operational Excellence
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects and change initiatives
- Strong experience developing and governing performance frameworks and KPIs
- Excellent executive-level communication and influencing skills
- Confident stakeholder management across functions, BUs and geographies
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into insight
- Proven people leadership skills
- Structured, commercially astute thinker with high business acumen
- Comfortable challenging peers and senior stakeholders where required
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and KPI reporting capability
- Experienced influencing without formal authority
- Change-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire improvement at all levels
- Experience with QLIK or similar data analytics tools (Essential - training available if required)
