Join us as we take Fridge Raiders to the next level. We’re looking for a bold, creative, commercially savvy Senior Brand Manager who’s excited by fast growth, fast thinking, and fast snacking. If you love owning big brand decisions and seeing your ideas land on shelves — this is your role.
What You’ll Lead
- Shape and deliver the brand strategy for one of the UK’s most exciting snacking brands.
- Own the end-to-end marketing mix — ATL, digital, shopper, social, partnerships and more.
- Build and execute a high-impact annual brand plan with clear commercial outcomes.
- Lead insight-driven innovation and renovation projects from early concept to launch.
- Track brand performance, uncover opportunities, and make data-led decisions.
- Manage agency partners across creative, media, research and content.
- Work hand-in-hand with NPD, Category, Sales and Finance to bring big ideas to life.
- Support and mentor more junior marketers as part of a collaborative team.
