Are you an organised multitasker with a passion for supporting commercial teams and keeping things running like clockwork? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our busy Commercial team at Pilgrim’s Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring pricing accuracy, supporting major UK retailers, and helping deliver excellent service to our customers.

The Role

As Sales Administrator, you will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain accurate pricing, promotional activity, and data integrity. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial objectives across major retail accounts including Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, and Asda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate pricing (base & promotional) across SAP and Blacksmith systems
  • Create and manage Blacksmith planners and promotional programmes aligned to customer cycles
  • Support customer administration across key retail accounts (JS, Morrisons, Asda)
  • Maintain master product files, listing documentation, and customer activity planners
  • Manage and track trade marketing spend and brand‑aligned marketing calendars
  • Own customer EPOS data, promo nomination forms, and new line forms
  • Build relationships with customer buying administrative contacts
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve pricing queries and audit claims
  • Monitor and manage customer debit notes and promotional deductions
  • Ensure proactive management of the master price file and invoicing accuracy
  • Attend internal and customer meetings to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Support wider commercial projects and ad‑hoc business requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to support decision‑making
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Confidence to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Experience

  • SAP or other ERP systems
  • TPM/CRM platforms such as Blacksmith or Telus
  • Experience working with major UK retailers (e.g. Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons)
