We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our busy commercial team and help deliver great service to our customers every time.
Location: Uxbridge (onsite role)
Purpose Of The Role:
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate pricing, promotional discounts and accruals
- Supporting delivery of commercial teams' objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate pricing (Promo & Base) - in SAP and Blacksmith
- Accurate product files, listing status documentation and customer activity planners
- Brand aligned marketing calendars and recording of trade marketing spend
- Create and Maintain Blacksmith Planners and Programs that align with customer promotional cycles
- Proactive management of up-to-date master price file
- Full understanding of Pilgrim's Europe / Customer business operating models
- Attend required internal / customer meetings to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectations
You Will Need:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Highly numerate with a good understanding of business drivers
- Prioritisation of workload and areas of focus based on impact assessment
- Ability to adapt to new tools and systems and can demonstrate quick uptake of unfamiliar platforms
- Fantastic attention to details and a love for keeping things organised
