Revenue Growth Manager - (Finance Lead)
Department: Commercial Finance
Location: Uxbridge
We’re looking for a commercially focused Revenue Growth Manager to partner with our UK & Ireland Commercial teams, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and better commercial decision‑making.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and maintenance of Customer Cost & Value Models
- Provide financial leadership on customer tenders, pricing and revenue growth opportunities
- Analyse volume, price, mix and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities
- Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning activities
- Review customer trading agreements, promotional spend and rebates
- Challenge and support Commercial teams to improve profitability and margin performance
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA)
- Strong commercial finance and revenue management experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- FMCG experience (desirable)
