We’re looking for a Procurement Finance Lead to partner closely with Procurement, driving cost control, value creation and strong financial governance across sourcing activities. This is a high‑impact finance business partnering role, turning procurement initiatives into clear, measurable financial outcomes and supporting better decision‑making across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Act as finance business partner to Procurement teams
- Lead analysis of commodity movements, inflation and cost drivers
- Own governance and validation of procurement savings and PPV reporting
- Lead procurement budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly management packs
- Strengthen controls, SOx compliance, rebates and working capital disciplines
- Identify opportunities to improve cost, cash and reporting processes
- Lead and develop a Procurement Finance Accountant
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or MSc/MBA)
- Strong finance business partnering experience in FMCG, manufacturing or complex supply chains
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and governance capability
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with systems such as SAP, Anaplan, Qlik (desirable)
- Proactive, resilient and improvement‑focused
