Procurement Buyer - Indirect

We are looking for a Procurement Buyer - Indirects to support the development and execution of procurement strategies across a diverse portfolio of indirect spend categories within Pilgrimβs Europe.
What You\'ll Do
- Support the development and implementation of category strategies across indirect spend areas, end-to-end
- Lead sourcing activities, RFQs, tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
- Deliver cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct spend analysis, market research, benchmarking, and supplier assessments
- Monitor supplier performance and support supplier relationship management programs
- Identify and mitigate supply chain, commercial, and operational risks in Indirect materials
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and governance requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver procurement solutions
- Manage contract renewals and support commercial negotiations with suppliers
What You\'ll Bring
- Experience within procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain functions
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, tendering, supplier management, and contract negotiation
- Proven ability to analyse data and identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience using SAP, eProcurement systems, contract management tools, or spend analytics platforms is desirable
- CIPS qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous
