We are looking for a Procurement Buyer - Indirects to support the development and execution of procurement strategies across a diverse portfolio of indirect spend categories within Pilgrim’s Europe.

What You\'ll Do

• Support the development and implementation of category strategies across indirect spend areas, end-to-end
• Lead sourcing activities, RFQs, tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
• Deliver cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct spend analysis, market research, benchmarking, and supplier assessments
• Monitor supplier performance and support supplier relationship management programs
• Identify and mitigate supply chain, commercial, and operational risks in Indirect materials
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and governance requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver procurement solutions
• Manage contract renewals and support commercial negotiations with suppliers

What You\'ll Bring

• Experience within procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain functions
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, tendering, supplier management, and contract negotiation
• Proven ability to analyse data and identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience using SAP, eProcurement systems, contract management tools, or spend analytics platforms is desirable
• CIPS qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous
