Privacy Compliance Associate

We’re looking for a Privacy Compliance Associate to support data protection across the business, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations in a fast‑paced, international environment.
This is a great opportunity for an early‑career privacy lawyer to gain exposure to GDPR, AI projects and global data governance.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day‑to‑day privacy advice across the business
- Support DPIAs, including high‑risk and AI initiatives
- Advise on data sharing and cross‑border transfers
- Draft and review privacy policies, notices and agreements
- Handle DSARs and data breach responses with the DPO
- Support audits and broader Ethics & Compliance activities
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified lawyer (UK or EU) with 1-3 years PQE
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulations
- Experience handling DSARs, incidents and privacy queries
- Ability to draft and review privacy documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Proactive, organised and detail‑focused
Desirable
- CIPP / CIPM or equivalent
- Experience in compliance or AI/privacy frameworks
