We’re looking for a Privacy Compliance Associate to support data protection across the business, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a great opportunity for an early-career privacy lawyer to gain exposure to GDPR, AI projects and global data governance.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day privacy advice across the business
  • Support DPIAs, including high-risk and AI initiatives
  • Advise on data sharing and cross-border transfers
  • Draft and review privacy policies, notices and agreements
  • Handle DSARs and data breach responses with the DPO
  • Support audits and broader Ethics & Compliance activities

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified lawyer (UK or EU) with 1-3 years PQE
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulations
  • Experience handling DSARs, incidents and privacy queries
  • Ability to draft and review privacy documentation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • Proactive, organised and detail-focused

Desirable

  • CIPP / CIPM or equivalent
  • Experience in compliance or AI/privacy frameworks
