HR Systems Administrator

Location: Uxbridge
We’re looking for an HR Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our SAP SuccessFactors Learning system, ensuring training is delivered, tracked and reported effectively across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Provide LMS support and resolve user issues
- Configure and manage courses, users and learning content
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance (including SOX)
- Support reporting, dashboards and training compliance
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or LMS platforms
- Strong data, reporting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- Experience with HR systems and integrations (desirable)
