Purpose of the Role
Join one of the UK’s largest food producers and a key part of the global Pilgrim’s Pride Group. At our European regional head office in Uxbridge, we are moving beyond siloed data and disparate spreadsheets. This is a unique opportunity to help build a finance function centred on transparent, repeatable, and controlled financial modelling using systems such as Anaplan, Qlik, SAP S/4, Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of existing Excel-based and manual planning processes, identifying opportunities for automation and enhancement.
- Take ownership of the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Anaplan models, modules, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Act as a key liaison with external offshore support teams, providing clear specifications, reviewing their development work, and ensuring deliverables meet our business needs.
- Provide training and ongoing support to Finance Functions ensuring effective adoption and proficiency in finance systems (SAP, BW, Qlik, Anaplan).
- Support the Head of Finance Systems on broader non‑Anaplan finance technology initiatives and ad‑hoc analytical needs, contributing to the overall digital transformation roadmap.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience of Anaplan, SAP S/4, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, Qlik.
- Understanding FMCG food manufacturing and related processes.
- Independent thinker with an analytical approach.
- Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
