We’re looking for a commercially minded Commercial Finance Accountant to support our UK & Ireland Commercial teams, providing analysis and insight that drives revenue growth, margin improvement and better business decisions. This is a highly visible role within Commercial Finance, working closely with Sales and Commercial stakeholders to challenge performance, identify opportunities and support profitable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and maintenance of Customer Cost & Value Models
- Analyse volume, price, mix and margin performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning processes
- Review customer trading agreements, promotional spend and tender opportunities
- Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to support revenue growth and margin improvement
- Monitor commercial performance and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support pricing governance, SOX controls and commercial approvals
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA)
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including advanced Excel
- Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights
- Experience supporting commercial decision‑making and performance analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
