Promote and adhere to safe working practices to ensure health and safety, hygiene and good behaviours are adhered to. Make full use of training times wherever possible. Ensure all tasks are recorded and completed in full, ensuring all training records are kept up to date to provide fair, unbiased and confidential information. All relevant paperwork must be completed daily.

Liaise with production management regarding new systems and machinery in order to maintain effective communications and knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure / Training Procedures. Liaise with production Team Leaders / Managers regarding planning of training. Assist Department Manager in arranging and carrying out 4/8/13 week trainee interviews and report any issues that arise.

Achieve the instructional qualification and attend company training courses as required. Liaise with Training Coordinator when any amendments or updates are required. To carry out training to the standards set by the Training Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. To inform the Training Coordinator of any amendments to the Training Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and also make the Training Coordinator aware of any new processes.

To aid in the writing and amending of Training Procedures in the departments. To ensure Core Skill and Key Skill annual assessments must be completed and all records filed away correctly.
