We are excited to announce the expanding of our Telesales/Service Team with members that can make outgoing calls and up sales in our Wrexham office (North Wales).
Job Type: Fixed term contract as a start with the opportunity to extend to a permanent contract for our best and most reliable Telesales Operatives!
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: £12.21 per hour (paid monthly)
Expected hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the supervisor, your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiries.
- You may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers.
- Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Being able to match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service.
- Working as part of the branch team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.
You will need:
- To be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers.
- A clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with older customers.
- Attention to detail, patience, accuracy, ability to meet sales goals and data entry skills.
- To be IT literate with Microsoft Word & Excel skills, although not essential.
- Working knowledge of SAP system would be an added advantage.
