We are excited to recruit for a Customer Care Representative to join our team to support us on Saturdays and Mondays. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, with the possibility of extending or returning for future projects depending on business needs.

Location: Chippenham

Job Type: Permanent Contract - Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour (paid monthly)

Expected hours: 15 hours per week, Saturdays and Mondays - 9am to 5pm (overtime opportunities)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the supervisor, your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiries.
  • You may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers.
  • Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Being able to match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service.
  • Working as part of the branch team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.
You will need:
  • To be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers.
  • A clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with older customers.
  • Attention to detail, patience, accuracy, ability to meet sales goals and data entry skills.
  • To be IT literate with Microsoft Word & Excel skills, although not essential.
  • Working knowledge of SAP system would be an added advantage.
