Mulitskilled Engineer Location: Ashbourne Hours: 4 on 4 off 6-6 We are looking for a proactive and skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to help keep our manufacturing operation running at peak performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working in a fast-paced production environment. As a key member of the Engineering team, you will provide both reactive and planned maintenance support, ensuring equipment reliability, maximising production uptime, and contributing to site performance targets. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across site equipment. Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults quickly and effectively. Supporting production by minimising downtime and ensuring machinery performs to specification. Using SAP PM to record maintenance activities, labour, and parts usage. Driving equipment reliability and OEE improvements through continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with production, engineering leadership, contractors, and suppliers. Ensuring all maintenance documentation is completed accurately. Supporting machine training and operational best practice where required. Following site Health
