To provide an administration support service to the SAP MANAGER and Supply chain function. The role will also incorporate provision of other associated administrative support including updating data such as reports, holiday requests, non-attendance, worked hours and issuing briefs across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily updating of various SC and SAP Reports.
- Providing clerical support to various areas within the Supply chain.
- Other administrative duties as necessary for Supply chain Management.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of company systems and processes such as excel reports, SAP, time and attendance, Absence Management in order to access relevant information.
- Provide holiday and absence cover when and where necessary.
- Assisting with SAP cycle counts; aligning SAP to Innova post weekend counts.
- Clearing down of COGI's and Idoc's.
- Supporting relevant department on the closure of any SAP related workstreams.
