We’re looking for an Agri Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting farm compliance, animal welfare, and industry standards across our operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the business, collaborating with farmers, auditors, and production teams while gaining exposure to audits, compliance systems, and data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Agri Compliance team
  • Help produce weekly and monthly compliance performance reports
  • Manage and maintain important farm and compliance data
  • Coordinate third-party audits - liaising with assessors, farmers, and internal teams
  • Review audit reports and support non-conformance management
  • Track and monitor farm compliance across pig and poultry operations
  • Maintain accurate records, customer lists, and assurance documentation
  • Support annual scheme renewals and ongoing compliance checks
  • Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis
  • Help organise training and ensure compliance across farming sites
