To assist in ensuring all stock is available to fulfil production plans and targets, to

be able to function in multiple roles across the supply chain function with training

provided.

Shift Pattern: B Shift 06:00 to 18:00, 223 rotating shift pattern (Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday / Week 2 Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Pay rate: £13.45 per hour

Free transport from Sleaford, Lincoln, Boston and Grantham.

Duties/responsibilities

To load/unload lorries as required and ensure that deliveries are correct whilst

completing all relevant paperwork and computer systems.

Ensure the correct procedure for the despatch of finished goods.

To liaise with departments in order to anticipate what stock / packaging etc is

required and restocked in a timely fashion.

To supply raw and retail departments with cleaning implements and

chemicals as required.

To conduct accurate stock take (weekly cycle counts) as required.

To maintain safe working practices and ensure that the area and equipment is

always kept in a clean, tidy and safe condition.

To monitor and control any negative environmental impact arising from the

processes within area of responsibility; ensuring that all direct reports and

colleagues are briefed and clear in regards to their responsibilities.

Manage all health & safety issues, including job safety training, accident reporting and investigation and hazard training, in particular manage the company hygiene policy to ensure that the specified standards of hygiene and quality are achieved.

Carry out and comply with all company policies, procedures and instructions and any other reasonable duties deemed necessary by the company.

Able to obtain/train on all MHE used within the supply chain function, to help fulfil all job roles expected.
