What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Team Leaders and operators
- Champion a strong safety culture—Safety is a Condition
- Deliver the production stream strategy and key performance targets
- Drive OPEX and continuous improvement across processes and standards
- Analyse data, tackle priority issues, and remove bottlenecks
- Ensure high-quality, right-first-time manufacturing (GMP focused)
- Support audits, maintenance activities, planning changes, and customer visits
What You’ll Bring
