Pilgrim's Europe is looking for motivated Team Members (Grade A) to join our team and contribute to our success. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you!

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of working 5 days out of 7, giving you more time for yourself.
Job Purpose: To deliver excellent results by following standard work, enabling the efficient flow of product and material, continually improving the work environment by helping the team to achieve the required metrics for the area. Have a key focus on colleague safety, throughput, and adherence to standards.
- Pre / during / post daily operations check vehicles, equipment or area as detailed in Autonomous Maintenance SOPs.
- Collect data to underpin decisions for the allocation of resource within your area of work.
- Work towards improving key metrics for the area and engage in 3C problem solving activity.
- Standardise by following all available 5S, Work Element Sheets, Standard Operating Procedures and other standards required to run the area effectively.
- Ensure that poor quality is not passed on to the next stage of the process.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills - Essential
- Fluency of English language (Oral and Written) - Essential
- Experience in working in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or any Food Manufacturing - Desirable
- Technical Ability to complete required standard work at the rated throughput / speed - Essential
- Ability to understand and update required documentation accurately and legibly.
Qualifications:
- Foundation level Health and Safety and Food Safety - Desirable
