Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team at Rollover. This is a key role supporting our sales function and owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle, helping us deliver a first-class onboarding and ongoing customer experience.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, Office Based

Location: Slough (Rollover Office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing enquiries through the Sales Support mailbox and ticketing system
  • Processing new account applications and setting up customer accounts in SAP within SLA
  • Issuing and responding to payment link requests
  • Acting as the first point of contact for inbound leads
  • Managing account notifications (on-stop, takeovers, trading recommencement)
  • Creating and maintaining price files
  • Processing equipment upgrade and additional equipment requests
  • Liaising with equipment manufacturers and suppliers
  • Raising purchase orders (POs)
  • Coordinating customer equipment requests
  • Maintaining an accurate equipment asset register
  • Responding to customer and consumer enquiries via the info@ mailbox
  • Carrying out onboarding follow-up calls post-installation to gather customer feedback
  • Managing customer complaints from logging through to resolution, liaising with suppliers where required
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the Field Sales team
  • Working closely with Account Managers, Customer Experience, and wider internal stakeholders

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Experience using SAP or CRM systems (desirable, not essential)
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
