We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Controller to join our team at the Ruskington site.
Shift: 5 out of 6 days AM & PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all products consistently meet high Food Safety and Quality Standards.
- Carrying out routine factory audits, including GMP, hygiene checks, packaging and labelling verification, and documentation reviews.
- Ensuring full compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.
- Supporting the site in producing high-quality products and driving continuous improvement.
- Accurately completing quality documentation and escalating any non-conformances.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in quality control or auditing within a food manufacturing environment is desirable
- Food Safety Level 3 (or working toward it) would be advantageous
