Contract: Full-time, permanent, not agency

Pay: From £515 per week (£26,602 per year)

Shift Pattern: (2-2-3 Days) 06:00 – 18:00

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

About the Role:

As a Production Operative, you will:

  • Work as part of a team, reporting to your Team Leader
  • Support production processes and meet daily targets
  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Carry out tasks involving standing and repetitive movements
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and safety

Strong teamwork and communication are key to success in this role.
