We have exciting opportunities for Machine Operative / Machine Minder to join Our Team at Ruskington site!
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday rotating every 4 weeks. You will work 45 hours per week as standard on permanent morning or afternoon shift.
Start & Finish times vary by department and as guidance you will either workAM 04:30am - 13:30pm or 05:45am - 14:30pmPM 13:15pm - 22:00pm or 14:30pm - 23:15pm.We specialise in Snacking Products which include Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites and seasonal products.
Successful candidates will join us on permanent basis. In your role you will be responsible for the set up and smooth operation of assigned piece of machinery or equipment throughout your shift. Ensuring that production targets are met and all our products are produced & packaged to high standard and according to the customer specification whilst adhering to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.

It would be desirable for candidates to have: Previous Experience as Machine Operative or in other similar role.
Great communication skills. A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills. Positive thinking and self-motivation.
Ability to use own initiative.
An excellent attitude to work. A hands-on approach to solving issues.
