About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our busy Oakside team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping our administration function running smoothly while supporting maintenance, engineering, and stores operations across the Agri business in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising and receipting purchase orders
  • Issuing stock to engineers and farms, and managing stock on M-Tech
  • Checking and organising incoming deliveries
  • Supporting stock control including regular counts and annual stock take
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Accurately entering and managing data within systems (including M-Tech)
  • Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing queries
  • Assisting with invoice processing (P/L invoices & VIMs)
  • Supporting the Office Supervisor as required
