Pilgrim’s Europe in Ashbourne is seeking a Site Trainer to develop and support our employees and agency operatives.
You will deliver inductions, on-the-job and refresher training, and maintain training records in the LMS, ensuring competence and adherence to SOPs, health and safety, and quality standards.
The role supports training across departments and shifts, driving continuous improvement and a positive learning culture while collaborating with managers and teams to meet business needs.
