We Have an Exciting Opportunity for a Site Services Operative to Join Our Team at King’s Lynn!
Shift Pattern
Rotational shifts Monday to Friday 6:00 - 14:00 / 14:00-22:00, including weekend cover when required.
The successful candidate will join us on a temporary contract basis
As a Site Services Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting the site's day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of housekeeping, waste management, safety, and equipment control are maintained across the facility.
You will work in line with Company policies, GMP standards, Health & Safety requirements, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Ensuring all site waste streams are controlled, segregated, and recycled where appropriate.
- Loading and unloading vehicles in accordance with site schedules.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the smoking shelter, including emptying bins and ashtrays, sweeping floors, and removing litter.
- Keeping external site areas clean and tidy, including car parks, site perimeters, and walkways.
- Assisting with the control and management of customer, supplier, and internal equipment such as dolavs, pallets, and trays.
- Reporting any safety concerns immediately and supporting a positive safety culture.
- Following and promoting 5S principles to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment.
- Supporting departmental objectives through effective use of resources and continuous improvement activities.
The successful applicant will be proactive, practical, and methodical, with the ability to work independently and maintain high standards across a busy manufacturing environment.
