Pilgrim's Europe in Westerleigh is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to manage a skilled engineering team on a 4 on 4 off rotating days/nights pattern in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll drive performance, minimise downtime, and uphold high standards for safety, quality and engineering delivery while supporting start-up and daily operations.
This hands-on leadership role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication and the ability to implement continuous improvement.
