Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team, partnering with the General Counsel and senior leadership to provide strategic legal support across the business.
In this role you will advise on commercial contracts, corporate and regulatory matters, draft and negotiate complex agreements, support M&A transactions, and help build governance and contract management processes while managing external counsel and budgets.
