We're looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team, partnering closely with the General Counsel and senior leadership to provide strategic legal support across the business.

  • Advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, corporate and regulatory matters
  • Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements
  • Work closely with executives and senior stakeholders, providing practical, business-focused legal advice
  • Help build legal processes, governance frameworks and contract management practices
  • Manage external legal counsel and legal budgets
  • Support compliance, corporate governance and risk management activities
  • Strong experience in commercial contracts and/or M&A
  • Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • In-house legal experience within a multinational organisation
  • FMCG, manufacturing, food or agricultural sector experience
  • Knowledge of UK GDPR and regulatory compliance
  • Portuguese language skills
