About the Role
Join Pilgrim’s Europe’s Marketing team and play a leading role in shaping the future of one of the UK’s iconic food brands. Support the Head of Brand and take ownership of the core brand strategy, driving long‑term growth and delivering bold, insight‑led campaigns that resonate with consumers and drive commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver the core brand strategy for Richmond, aligned to business growth objectives
- Lead the development and execution of the annual brand plan, ensuring clear commercial outcomes
- Own the end‑to‑end marketing mix, including ATL, digital, shopper, social and partnerships
- Collaborate with the Innovation team to deliver impactful new product launches from concept to market
- Manage and develop an Assistant Brand Manager, while mentoring the wider brand team
