Overview

We’re looking for a hands‑on and customer‑focused Installation Specialist to support the growth of the Rollover brand across the Midlands, the North and Scotland. This is a field‑based, customer‑facing role where you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing food‑to‑go equipment, as well as delivering professional training to customers on equipment use and food preparation. This role is also a proven stepping stone into Sales — many of our Installation Specialists have successfully progressed into sales positions, making it a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build commercial experience and develop their career within Pilgrim’s Europe. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth, reliable experience — helping them get the most out of our products while representing the Rollover brand to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work proactively with account teams to plan and complete customer installations
  • Install Rollover equipment to a high, consistent standard within agreed SLAs
  • Deliver clear, engaging training on equipment use and food preparation
  • Carry out a wide range of on‑site equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure all food safety and preparation procedures are clearly communicated
  • Complete job sheets, service logs and training records accurately
  • Maintain and update customer records using systems such as Repsly
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Manage your own diary effectively across multiple locations
