Revenue Growth Manager - (Finance Lead) Department: Commercial Finance Location: Uxbridge We're looking for a commercially focused Revenue Growth Manager to partner with our UK & Ireland Commercial teams, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and better commercial decision-making. What You'll Do Lead the development and maintenance of Customer Cost & Value Models Provide financial leadership on customer tenders, pricing and revenue growth opportunities Analyse volume, price, mix and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning activities Review customer trading agreements, promotional spend and rebates Challenge and support Commercial teams to improve profitability and margin performance What You'll Bring Qualified accountant ( CIMA / ACCA ) Strong commercial finance and revenue management experience Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills FMCG experience (desirable) TPBN1_UKTJ
