Purpose of the Role
Working closely with the Talent Manager, HR teams, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders, you\’ll support all recruitment activity across the business. Your mission? To help us fill roles within a 30-day time-to-hire window, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure Pilgrim\’s is seen as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to manage recruitment from vacancy approval to offer stage.
- Use your network and available tools to attract top talent and build a future-ready pipeline.
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed.
- Act as a recruitment subject matter expert, offering training and ensuring compliance.
- Create compelling job adverts and role profiles.
- Share weekly vacancy updates with the Communications Team.
- Support employer branding and engagement initiatives.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.
- Research and implement innovative attraction strategies.
- Represent Pilgrim\’s at recruitment events and career fairs.
- Take ownership of your own development and be a role model recruiter.
- Assist with onboarding activities including offers and contracts.
- Travel regularly to sites to build relationships and support hiring needs.

- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Commercially aware and able to prioritise effectively
- Detail-oriented and hands-on
Knowledge
- Solid grasp of core HR and recruitment processes
- Experience working with diverse, multi-level workforces (blue and white collar)
- Familiarity with recruitment reporting and data analysis
- Proficient in IT systems including Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus (training provided)
