Location: Craigavon We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of our Quality function.

This is a key role focused on data management, compliance, reporting, document control, customer complaints, and audit support, helping to ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality and customer service are maintained.

Working closely with production, technical, planning and management teams, you'll play an important role in monitoring quality performance, identifying trends, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Manage and trend quality and food safety data, producing regular reports and highlighting key trends.

Coordinate customer and consumer complaints, investigations and responses.

Monitor and report on microbiological, chemical analysis and environmental testing results.

Track non-conformances and corrective actions, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, reports and presentations.

Maintain document control systems and ensure quality records are accurate and up to date.

Manage supplier complaints relating to raw materials and packaging.

Issue product specifications, production recipes and process control documentation.

Coordinate microbiological and taste panel sampling programmes.

Maintain packaging specifications and product photographic standards.

Generate weekly Quality KPI reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist with customer visits and audits, preparing information and presentations as required.

Essential Criteria Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyse data and identify trends.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Customer-focused approach with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Team player with a proactive attitude.

Desirable Criteria Third-level qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management or a related discipline.

Previous experience in a Quality, Technical or Food Manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS Standards, Food Hygiene and Food Legislation.

Experience of document control and quality management systems.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and database systems.
