Location: Main Street, Anwick, NG34 9SL

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract. Not agency. Start the same week - inductions every Tuesday and Thursday.

Role Overview: You will work as part of a team of operatives (varying in size), reporting to a Team Leader and Section Leader. Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors are essential. This role is based in a temperature-controlled environment and involves long periods of standing and repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Take responsibility for the setup and effective operation of production machinery.
  • Deep clean factory areas and equipment.
  • Carry out thorough cleaning of production rooms, walls, floors, drains, work surfaces, and high-level areas to prevent contamination.
  • Working on a busy production line.
  • Handling, packing products.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs.
