Role Description We are looking for a Production Planner to join our supply chain team in Enniskillen. You will be required to schedule all site activity and ensure schedules are sufficient to deliver customer service level targets. This is a great opportunity is you are wanting to develop yourself within the supply chain in FMCG. This is a role that is required to work on site 5 days a week. Key Accountabilities Document planning standards, raise standards, and confirm standard work daily. Create and maintain master performance data sets for all SKUs and all processes. Identify key problems areas and set targets to improve planning effectiveness. Use data analysis to make problems visible, quantifiable and to guide decisions. Ensure planning systems are optimised to drive effective and efficient planning, scheduling and material call off. Identify repeat problems within Operations and work with the Operations team to root cause and countermeasure. Use data analysis to make problems visible, quantifiable and to guide decisions. Skills and Experience Experience in a FMCG Industry, ideally in a planning or scheduling role. Understanding of OPEX and it's use in optimising production schedules. Experience in production Planning & Scheduling with an in depth understanding of planning systems and their optimisation. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence multiple levels of the site and customers. Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
