Pilgrim’s Europe is looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our team and contribute to our success. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you!
Earn Big Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £500 per week.
Balanced Schedule We have a 2-week rota of 6am-2pm and 2 weeks at 2-10pm, Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.
Responsibilities
- The job includes any suitable duties as requested by the Cell Leader or Shift Leader related to the manufacture of prepared food products.
- Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through personal development and wider production awareness.
- Enhance the group mission, vision and values as set out in the Premier Provider Plan.
