Pilgrim\’s Europe is looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our team and contribute to our success. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you! Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate of £13.20, with the potential to earn over £500 per week! Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00), giving you more time for yourself. Key Purpose To produce excellent results by following standard work, converting work materials into finished goods, continually improving the work environment by, helping the team to achieve the required metrics for the area. Have a key focus on colleague safety and product quality. Skills & Qualifications Proficient in written, numerical, and verbal communication Ability to maintain standard work pace at full line speed.
