My job
We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe- Moy Park. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products within your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Work Pattern:

Working hours are: 06.00am to 18.00pm, rotational, as a part of the Process 1, Team B.
Week 1 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 2 : Wed, Thurs
Key Responsibilities

Carry out processing duties.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Maintain an excellent level of work consistency.
Perform packaging, labelling and boxing tasks.
Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.

Please note: This is a physical role which includes heavy lifting, manual handling, pulling, and fast-paced packing tasks. Applicants must be comfortable working in an active production environment.
Health & Safety Responsibilities

Wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
Report incidents or hazards immediately.

What We're Looking For
Essential:

Ability to read and write
Numeracy skills
Good communication skills
English language proficiency

Desirable:

Good interpersonal skills
A food hygiene qualification
Awareness of food processing industry standards
Knife-handling experience
Previous experience in a butchery or food processing environment
Data recording or computer/keyboard skills
