Process Checkers/ QC
We have amazing opportunity to join our friendly team at the Bromborough site.
Working Hours
5 out of 6 days - Monday - Saturday - 07:00am to 15:30pm
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all products meet integrity and specification requirement whilst utilizing all tools and software available.
Key Responsibilities
- conduct all the production checks. This will include gas checks, average weight, metal detector, finish product integrity, product and OCM labelling, ACS conformance.
- ensure fat levels within out mince products are within specification
- ensure product complies with one-page specifications
- work with the line leader to correct out of specification products.
- check labels for accuracy against specification and product, including conducting double checks
- validate that the ingredients being added to products on the value-added lines are meeting the requirements
- conduct all checks required within the lines assigned to you, to ensure quality compliance for all of our customers and work in conjunction with production to ensure plan / orders are complete.
