Pilgrims Europe in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire is seeking a Farm Manager to lead daily poultry operations. This full-time role requires hands-on management of staff, welfare, biosecurity, and egg production targets, with a 5-from-7 shift pattern and a 6th day as required, totaling around 48 hours a week.
You will become the eggspert on site, driving best practices, compliance with welfare standards, and continuous improvement across the farm, coordinating with teams to maintain high-quality.
